    How do I refer someone?

    Simply fill out the above form for each person you are referring!

    What counts as a successful referral?

    A referral is successful once your friend becomes a paying customer.

    How soon will I receive my reward?

    Rewards will be given to you after the completion of the plumbing job or sale of filtration system.

    Will you be contacting the person I refer or myself?
    We will make every effort to reach out to the person you refer to our business, however  it is a great idea to have them reach out to us via text 319-450-1626 or email sales@plumbcovinton.com.  This way we will be able to connect with them faster and get them on our schedule to meet with and/or do the work!

    By filling out our referral form you may be contacted about special offers/newsletters.
    How do I get you my custom Logo or Design Idea for my shirt?

    We will reach out to you, but if you want to make sure we get your information, please send an email to sales@plumbcovinton.com with Subject:  Custom T-shirt Design-Referral!  We will then design and send you a proof.
